Refund Policy

Preamble :

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item arrives faulty, please send an email in the contact us page with a photo and we will return the item immediately.

We are not responsible for your use.

 

Section 1 - Refunds (if applicable) :

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.

 

Section 2 - Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) :

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is mailed.

If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us on the contact us page.

 

Section 3 - Sales items (if applicable) :

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.

 

Section 4 - Exchange (if applicable) :

We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email on the Contact Us page.

In this e-mail, please include the order number (or a copy of the invoice) and proof (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items) and send your item to the address indicated on the packaging of your package.

 

Section 5 - Delivery :

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. (10 to 15 working days)

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive
